The family-run studios, newly-built, is ideal for those, who would like to combine relaxing holidays in a modern and quiet environment with just a short walk to the center of Sivota with all its attractions such as the picturesque harbor with all its sailing boats and yachts or the various pubs, cafes and taverns.

The studios are surrounded by old olive trees that lead you to the spring of a little river called Anavra.

The front side of the studios offers you a beautiful view on the idyllic park of Sivota and a romantic sea-view.

Our hotel has 5 spacious studios with separated sleeping room with double bed, living-room-area with a built in sofa-bed e.g. for children and a tiled bright shower room with WC.

A fully equipped open kitchen-area with cooking-rings and fridge offers you all the comfort you need for self-catering. The rooms are furnished in a modern, tasteful style with air-condition and LCD-TV.
Every studio has its own private covered balcony with seating accommodations. Parking place is available.
