Berlin House

Berlin house is situated in an olive grove and, in the yard, there are a shower and a sitting area with a bench and table made from natural stone.

Our house in Sivota, which is certified by the Greek National Tourism Organization (E.O.T.), has two self-contained holiday apartments.

Each occupies an entire floor, is completely furnished, and consists of three bedrooms with double or twin beds, two bathrooms, two large balconies, a large living room with an integrated and fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace and T.V. and with direct access to one of the balconies.

A very beautiful beach (Bella Vraka) is within ten minutes walking, the yacht harbour and shops etc. can be reached on foot in five minutes’ time.

Our recommendation:

Each apartment has a size of 100 square metres, there is ample room for six persons.

Therefore every apartment is not only suitable for one family with children but also for

1. - up to three young or elder couples,
2. - one family with children and grandparents,

Prices per day and apartment in 2009:

May 1 to July 3:                 65 Euro

July 4 to July 17:                  85 Euro
